Is doer even a word? Why yes, apparently it is.
It means one that takes an active part according to merriam webster and a person who acts and gets things done according to wordreference.
When I first had to make business cards for myself years ago, I used to have the tagline “a guy who gets things done”. So my new thing, being a small business doer is pretty much the same. It’s nice to see how much I’ve progressed throughout the years.

What I aim to do with this blog is to talk about getting small business things done. Since I’ve started up my new business at www.gregalam.com, as a small business consultant doer (mabye I should toss the consultant out of that), I am hoping to share all the things I learn.
More importantly, I hope to be able to point to and talk to practioners and experts in all the areas that small businesses would need help in, such as marketing, financials, operations, and all the things that fall under those broad categories.
